About Me
Susan Kirshner is an accomplished human resources management professional with 15 years of leadership success in both for-profit and not-for-profit environments. In her current role as Human Resources Manager for Care Team Connect, Susan directs all aspects of the companys hiring and onboarding, benefit administration, HIPAA compliance, and office management functions.
Prior to Care Team Connect, Susan served as Chief Operating Officer for M. Walter Roofing Acquisition Corp, a subsidiary of Champion Roofing, where she was responsible for all HR and office functions. She has also been charged with the creation of HR departments for Fonterra USA, CarePages Inc. and The Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
During the course of her career, Susan has written and established policies and procedures that cover all aspects of HR and office management. Her areas of expertise include business and management principles involved in human resources, strategic and resources planning, recruiting and hiring, employee relations, benefits analysis and administration, communications strategy and performance management.
Susan earned her masters degree in Human Resource Management and Development from National Louis University and a bachelors degree in English Communications from Yeshiva University.
