Robert Half Technology is seeking an Account Executive with demonstrated success in selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. The Account Executive reports to the Division Director and is primarily responsible for the following: Develop and grow a client base - Use his/her proven sales and/or technical background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling our services for contract and/or full-time staffing solutions. - Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. - Recruit, interview and place highly skilled IT professionals. - Responsible for solidifying Robert Half Technology’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. - Contact supervisors to determine candidate’s viability to support and resolve specific client needs. - Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals. Required Experience: Sales/recruiting and/or IT experience (minimum 3 years). A combination of account development and account management skills are required. CIS/MIS degree is preferred.
