- NonStop (Tandem) Infrastructure engineering skills
- Skills in the Prognosis automation product.
Prioritizes, scopes, estimates, and manages the team(s) responsible for the development and implementation of engineering solutions. Includes people management responsibilities as well as team budget responsibilities. Frequently anticipates problems and analyzes ways to mitigate the risk. Articulates the business value and impact of advanced technical and non-technical information and understands when to escalate issues. Provides effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue. Documents small-to medium-scale projects and delivers presentations with minimal supervision. Dissects complex situations and refocuses on critical technology tasks. Must have a high degree of technical expertise/professional mastery to recommend process improvements. Is often consulted by peers and seen as the informal leader on tactical problems. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. (1) advanced understanding of LoB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design (2) advanced understanding of performance and monitoring (3) Proficient in more than one specific infrastructure technology (4) advanced understanding of best practices and JPMChase policies (5) advanced troubleshooting skills (6) Technical certifications as required. This individual may lead several teams that may cross project boundaries, but typically will be responsible for both deliverables and projects.

Ensuring all Audit and JPMC security and standards exposures are documented and progressed to completion within minimal duration
Supporting Disaster Recovery testing and live invocations
