The Solutions Architect shall be responsible to provide guidance to other architects on the team as they develop architectural recommendations to various development teams. The Solutions Architect shall have a minimum of twelve (12) years of hands on experience of delivering complex IT solutions of scope similar to USCIS needs. The Solutions Architects shall work closely with the development teams, devops team, product owner and other stakeholders to define, manage and oversee architecture for various systems within USCIS. The Solutions Architect must have in-depth experience in one or more architectural concepts and technologies that can be leveraged at USCIS to meet its current and future mission needs. The Solutions Architect shall have demonstrated hands –on experience and deep understanding of multiple architectural relevant concepts and technologies to include ( but not limited to ) workflow, case management, rules management, complex event processing, biometrics, records management, content management, document transformation, databases including No SQL, middleware, cloud, predictive analytics, customer contact center capability (CRM tools and telephony), security, Java Spring Framework, .NET, Ruby on Rails, continuous integration, rich internet experience, data architecture, geospace, mobile development, big data, etc.
