*Enterprise Application development and design experience

* Expertise with a variety of development tools and languages, such as Java/J2EE, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat / WebSphere / JBoss, HTML

* Experience with Oracle and performance tuning

* Experience with Eclipse, XML, JSON, SVN, Maven, UML, design patterns

* Experience with Service Oriented Architecture

* Strong programming skills - Object Oriented design and analysis skills

* Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short period of time

* In-depth knowledge of developing server side software using Java.

* Strong analytical skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience working in a team environment

* Technical documentation experience

Description

This is a very hands-on technical position. Candidate must have demonstrated expertise in multi-tiered application development with experience in JAVA, Oracle PL/SQL and familiarity of developing large scale and volume based applications.

Responsibilities Include:

*

- Work with Project manager and business to understand the requirements.

- Produce and review High-Level and Detailed technical spec and designs.

- Review code with developers and ensure coding standards are adhered to.

- Writing and executing test cases at various phase of the project

- Facilitate design walkthroughs with IT and business staff to validate solutions against business requirements and IT architecture.

- Independently analyze and resolve complex and high impact production issues.

- Work with cross functional teams for design impacts.
