We have a newly funded, A Round Client, funded by Tier 1 VCs, working exclusively with us to round out a superstar team. One of the key hires is going to be working on the web app stack - this is a mix of Erlang/Clojure and Python/Django.

This could be a *really* sharp recent grad with good internship and skills (i.e you could get a job with Facebook, Zynga, or Google if you wanted to) or could be someone all the way up to a Principal+ Engineer with strong web skills and a track record in the web apps space, with some startup experience.
