  • Technical Project Management for the defined life cycle of Company’s Regional & Local Data Center selection and critical infrastructure build, projects and field hardware deployments.
  • Define and create Project Plans documenting specific goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables including approvals needed from planning through execution and closeout as directed by management.
  • Implement project specific readiness metrics and prepares period specific reports and/or proposals.
  • Assist in the development of budgets, timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.
  • Track and report on the activities of the national and regional deployment teams ensuring the tracking, monitoring and controlling of deliverables based on the project plan, reporting on critical project status, risks, escalations and achievements.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert and Point-of-Contact for an organization or team.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings.
  • Communication management demonstrated in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.
  • Knowledge and willingness to address problems through risk management and contingency planning, presenting solutions and/or options to Sr. Management. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.
  • Innovative and influential with ability to drive stakeholders to meet defined timelines and deliverables.
  • Individual must possess a positive energetic work approach and be very flexible in support of an exciting and ever changing work environment.
  • Ensure collaborative integration of Deployment Team across Company.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects in a fast paced environment at one time.
  • Ensures project communications are adhering to and following latest industry standards.


  • Telecommunications, construction, critical facility build or hardware deployment experience a bonus
  • Strong and demonstrated abilities with Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office Products
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with Sr. Management verbally, written, via project plans and graphic reports
  • Strong proven analytical and budgeting skills
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Knowledge of power, cooling (HVAC), headends and/or Central Offices a plus
  • Strong background in interpretation of and implementation of business strategies
  • Strong leader and motivator
  • Solid technical skills relative to job functions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree with technical emphasis, Technical Project Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Project Management of large scale deployments of hardware across an extensive and expanding national footprint; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in formulating or participating in annual financial budgets, ongoing analysis and executing business strategies and tracking projects towards proposed annual budgets.
  • Demonstration of quickly coming up to speed on technical and networking concepts.
