Codeworks is currently looking strong business analysts in Madison, Wisconsin. 

We have several openings. In these roles, communication skills will trump technical skills, and you must excel at gathering requirements.
 
5-7 years experience. The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the business clients are captured and documented correctly before a solution is developed. The Business Analyst collaborates with diverse stakeholders to elicit, analyze, represent and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.

PLEASE NOTE:  Great communication skills will be required for these opportunities as selected candidates will be required to interface with customer executives and stakeholders.  Candidates must be able to interview in person for these opportunities in Madison, Wisconsin.   
   
Qualified candidates will have experience:
-Gathering business requirements
-Writing technical specifications
-Creating use/test cases
-Defining business processes
-Experience using Microsoft Visio to create workflow diagrams and swimlane diagrams
