We are looking for an Engagement Manager to form deep connections with our key clients to deliver solutions that help transform and scale their business operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the overall relationship and communication with key clients and have full command of their business model, application landscape and how Clear Task solutions deliver value
Integrate new engagement and resources into the account by executing project kickoff meetings, establishing the initial project plan and organizing the project team
Ensure operational success and execution by establishing and managing project governance and communication on project status on deliverable, timeline, issues and budget
Leverage a solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite so as to be able to validate key design options and successfully manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle
Ensure high quality solution design and implementations by driving adherence to Clear Task’s implementation methodology
Engage with customers on additional requirements and business needs and proactively define, scope and sell follow on project work
Act as an escalation point to the project team and client management and expedite resolution of key issues through cross functional collaboration and executive engagement
Qualifications Required
Eight+ years of full lifecycle professional services implementation experience
Two+ years CRM, software and SaaS experience
Experience delivering large scale implementations involving 100’s and 1000’s of users with global enterprise companies
College degree
Strong client management and executive level communication skills
Outstanding writing, presentation, and organizational skills
Experience scoping professional services engagements, writing proposals and developing Statements of Work (SOW’s)
Preferred
One or more salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Client facing experience in additional capacities such as sales, account management and customer support
