Account Manager – Technology Staffing San Mateo and Lake Merritt in Oakland (multiple positions available)

The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of placing qualified candidates with Mainz Brady Group’s clients.
- Experience in the IT staffing industry as an Account Manager is preferred but not mandatory (a strong record of SW sales will also be considered strongly)
- A track record of successfully making or beating sales goals.
- Demonstrated experience in client development, job order management, consultant maintenance, rate negotiation and business planning
- Sales Documentation: Document progress and action items in our proprietary CRM/ATS.
- Must live close to either Bay Area Office (San Mateo and Lake Merritt)
- College degree (BA/BS)
