Job Title : Service Now
Location : Menomonee Falls,Wisconsin
- Assist in the definition of business requirements, determine scope, estimate work effort and determine duration of development activities
- Define and meet standards for implementations in Service Now to ensure consistency and supportability of customizations
- Administer and troubleshoot the deployed instance of Service Now.
- Integrate new technologies with existing system.
- Create process documentation for the solutions implemented.
- Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions for Service Now implementations.
- Service Now tool experience on modules and functionality to include: Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Reporting, SLAs, CMDB, etc.
- Experience with various web technologies ( XML/SOAP/REST, HTML, AJAX, CSS,HTTP).
- Experience on developing Content Management System (CMS) solutions on Service Now.
- Experience with Jelly scripting in Service Now
- Ability to design and implement CMDB using Discovery and third party tools
- Creates workflow and web prototypes for client engagements
- Able to diagnose performance issues and keep tracks on system health
- Uses Mid Server, Web Services, Email and other relevant technology to integrate
Tools with Service Now:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ITIL Certification (Preferred)
