Our consulting client has openings for permanent full time SuccessFactors Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers to be responsible for the HR technology/process deliverables in SuccessFactors BizX Talent Modules, including Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Compensastion, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analystics. You will be involved in managing multiple SuccessFActos implementations, upgrading and extending SuccessFactors BizX applications; Consultants will be responsible for configuration of SuccessFactors BizX modules and work on selection, implementatoin planning, fit analysis, tesing, rollout and post impelmentaiont support. Consultants will also understand integration between SAP HR/HCM and SuccessFactors, and will develop business process requirements that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.
Preferred Requirements:- Managers will have subject matter expertise in any areas of HR Transformation including:
- HR Shared Services
- HR Technology Strategy
- HR Transformation Strategy
- Human Capital Outsourcing Advisory
- Talent Operations & Solutions
- Mergers, Acquisitions & Restructuring
- Feasibility Assessments, Implementations, and Optimization
- Understanding of key industry trends
- Practical experience with the full lifecycle of HR Transformation programs
- Financial analysis and business case development experience
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
- A minimum of 7 years of previous business consulting / industry experience;
- 4+ years in the HR Transformation space
- Bachelor's Degree is required,
Consultants should have SAP HR experience in addition to SuccessFactors
Salaries for Managers - $140K+
Salaries for Senior Managers - $180K+
Excellent benefits including bonus will be offered
Our client will transfer an exisitng H1b visa with at lieaswt 30 months left, and will consider Green Card sponsorship
