The ideal Recruiter should have at least 2 years experience in the staffing industry specializing in Contract Labor

Knowledge of full life cycle recruitment, technical recruiting experience highly preferred

Execute sourcing strategies to create a diverse candidate pool for consideration

Understanding of job boards, applicant tracking systems, internet Boolean searching

Promote positions, company and candidates via social media and job sites.

Ability to network within online groups and blogs and generate qualified candidate pool

Maintain Applicant tracking databases professional and Social Media Networking

Experience in sourcing all levels of Programmers, Developers, Software Engineers, and Architects etc.

Ability to work with multiple jobs that have skill sets across many disciplines

Conduct in-depth resume/candidate review, qualifying, screening, verify their references

Coordinate the selection process from sourcing through reference verification

Identify new client business opportunities through your discussions with candidates and references

Determine the suitability of the applicant

Ability to understand and capture client specific requirements

Experience in negotiating and closing candidates for account managers for client submissions

Ability to prioritize and manage workload according to new requests

Knowledge of effective interview and selection techniques

Knowledge of sourcing and attraction techniques

Conduct face to face via video conference, telephone and in-person interviews

Edit and present resumes for client review

Prepare candidates for Client interviews

Maintain proper documentation on each candidate

Edit and post ads on various sites regularly

Build relationships with each candidate

Close interaction with candidates regularly

Build and maintain relationship with 3rd party and independent vendors

Soft Skills:

Exercise professional judgment in matters related to the candidate and hiring manager relationship

Work closely with the sales team to identify the right candidates

Strive to meet and exceed all goals set Promote and maintain our company image

Provide proactive communication to applicants and Account Executives regarding open positions

Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
