Global Employment Solutions has partnered with some great companies in the area looking to add some .NET Applications Developers and a Software Engineers that will hold significant roles in .NET development, programming and maintenance of web applications and application development.

Candidates will be responsible for web development, B2B web applications, and web development techniques with object oriented programming. Technical Lead responsibilities involve delegating tasks, setting project requirements, deadlines, and initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelors degree with an eagerness to develop and a commitment to using the Microsoft technology platform. The ideal candidate will have at least two recent years experience in the following areas:

Visual Studio, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft
SQL Server; Sharepoint, MOSS

2. Strong working knowledge of broader architectural concepts important to the Microsoft platform

3. Excellent communication skills;

4. Superb problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities; and

5. Ability to work independently as well as LEAD collaboratively and supportively in a team.
