Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions is currently seeking for Cisco Voice Engineer for a full time position in Cincinnati, OH

This position will be involved with new installations and upgrades to existing sites.  In addition this role will support the Cisco Voice implementation/support team for HCS/UCCE/Enterprise ICM platforms.

The Cisco Voice Engineer will be focused on high-end Cisco enterprise contact center marketplace installation services, Intelligent Call Routing, network to desktop CTI, multi-media including video and chat, and contact management solutions to enterprise agents over an IP-based design.

 Qualifications:

  • CCNP Voice (CCVP), certifications preferred
  • Experience with all the Call Manager products a must
  • Cisco IP Contact Center and Unity experience
