I.  General requirements:

*   Your immigration status - our client CANNOT sponsor nor transfer any type of visa and you must join them "direct"
*   Your are looking for an in-house, full-time, job (not a contract !)
*   You, currently, live in the USA
*   You can, easily, move to North Carolina (Charlotte) 

II.  Minimum technical requirements:

*  3 yrs programming in C#.Net (3.0 framework or higher)
*  Experience developing web applications and web services
*  Experience building ASP.Net applications
*  Experience with JavaScript
*  Experience with SQL

III.  Compensation:

*  Base salary: $70 - 90K.  All depends on how strong your .Net skills are.
*  Year-end bonus up to 25%
*  Full benefits including 401K
