CTAC’s niche with the government CIO client community has been in its RAD and delivery of custom-built reporting tools including migration of small databases and custom built applications for Information Collections, Financial Statements, Audit Resolutions, Case Management, Capital Planning, etc. including an award winning system built using Ruby-on-Rails for an Oracle database and utilizing XML/Web Services for multiple agencies. Work will be performed mainly at company headquarters in Fairfax, VA (with some work and meetings at client sites in Washington, DC)

Successful candidate must be able to pass minimum public trust security clearance requirement.  A Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is preferred. 

The position’s primary focus will be web application design in an agile development environment.

Ruby on Rails developer with at least 1+ professional years of Ruby on Rails experience.
