SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree or higher
• 10+ years  experience leading QA for complex software application delivery projects and data conversion projects, preferably in the auto insurance industry
• Strong Agile leadership and practice with proven history of implementing and coaching teams into an Agile model
• Experience managing large teams (100 offshore + 40 onshore) in various capacities (test case design, test execution, performance testing, etc.)
• Experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum
• Ability to interact with senior executives.
• Must have executive presence
• Ability to be remain calm under fire
• Comfortable with politics
• Calm, unemotional, methodical
• Inspirational leader to a large team
• Strong experience with MS Suite and online collaborative tools
• Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations to deliver the best outcome
• Demonstrated program management experience—effectively managed complex programs involving multiple projects and cross functional teams.
• Progressive financial and program oversight and accountability reflecting full project lifecycle, system development lifecycle, multiple geographic locations, and complex user organizational structures.
• Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations
• Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical few key points.
• Solutions orientated, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
