RedMane is actively hiring a Natural Adabas Programmer/ Analyst with Team Lead and/or Project Management experience for our Chicago office.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Experience with Natural programming
- Experience with the ADABAS database
- Ability to create Business and Technical Designs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with the entire development life cycle, including: - analysis and design
- development and unit testing
- system testing
- support for production migration
The candidate must also be able to: - Design effective and appropriate solutions
- Assist customers in identifying system needs
- Document work throughout the system development life cycle
- Work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to quickly changing needs and priorities
- Team Lead and or Project Management experience
A plus, but not a requirement for the applicant, are: - Health & Human Services Application experience
- Web enabled technologies (java or dot-net)
The following critical skills will be evaluated: - Coding in Natural /ADABAS
- Requirements analysis
- System design
- Spec writing
- Testing
- Full lifecycle documentation
