As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will:
* Locate, recruit, hire and assign information technology professionals to fill customers contract and full time requirements.
* Consistently source and deliver candidates with difficult and hard to find skill sets.
* Extensive experience in recruiting quality candidates via database searches, Internet resume banks, job postings, job boards etc.
* Preference will be given to recruiters who recruit through unconventional means like head hunting, Network recruiting and other innovative means.
* Interact with employees primarily for referrals and for re-assignment.


Hiring Requirements/Preferences:
* 3+ years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in the technical staffing industry.
* Knowledge of industry and high end skill sets.
* Demonstrated understanding of recruiting and sales processes.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead by example.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience recruiting senior level consultants on Java based technologies, Web 2.0, ERP (SAP, Oracle), Data Wareshouse, BI, Web Technologies, Project Manager, Program Manager, Business Analyst, QA, etc.
