Four Rivers Software, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based leading provider of state of the art comprehensive maintenance management solutions (CMMS) and computer aided facilities management solutions (CAFM) to the healthcare industry, has an opportunity for a CAFM Implementation Specialist. The organization has successfully implemented their Total Maintenance System (TMS) Family of products in over 2,100 healthcare facilities throughout the United States.
This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the ability to be an integral, highly visible part of successful CAFM and CMMS product implementations for our healthcare clients throughout the United States. Nationwide travel is involved in at least 85% of the assignments where the specialist will engage with our clients to install our software, understand their workflow, assess/make recommendations to our clients on their drawings, and train, support and consult on application usage. The successful candidate will be able to draw on their experience and self-reliance to devise and utilize creative solutions and to troubleshoot, perform product testing, and resolve issues to successfully meet customer expectations. Further, the CAFM Implementation Specialist delivers remote services and assists our Call Centerwhen not performing onsite assignments.
Qualifications to receive consideration for this opportunity:
A Bachelo's Degree in Engineering, Drafting Technology, or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
A minimum of two (2) years' experience in technical training, preferably in a computer software environment.
Experience with CAFM/IWMS applications specifically including Space Planning and Management, Enterprise Move Management
Experience managing enterprise-wide technology implementations required
Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft IIS, COM Components, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, Windows 2003/2008 OS, and networking in addition to LAN and web based applications.
Computer software testing and debugging skills a plus.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively (85%).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, classroom management, and teaching technical applications skills.
Experience working in a hospital engineering department a plus.
Ability to be a self-starter and to be a self-motivator. (To work independently)
