Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
 
Marine Corps pay and personnel system functional analyst with extensive administrator or disbursing background. Knowledge of the MCTFS application and Marine Corps pay regulations and processes is required. Must research reported problems and define appropriate system modifications. COBOL programming skills and knowledge of DLT are a plus but not a requirement. Degree may be substituted for Marine Corps Pay and Personnel system experience.

• Four years experience working with Marine Corps pay and personnel systems with experience as an administrator or disburser. 
• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance.
