MTM Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Account Executive to join the team full time out of Arlington Heights, IL. This is a great opportunity to join the team and have a great support staff behind you including leading industry Architects!.

As an MTM Account Executive, you will develop and execute a territory strategy and plan to position MTM Technologies as the leading provider of end to end IT solutions to the middle market. This opportunity is located out of our Arlington Heights, IL area office.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Establish, build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers at multiple levels in the organization.
-Develop and leverage relationships with all MTM Channel Partner Representatives in your territory.
-Message the entire suite of MTM product and service offerings to existing customers and prospects.
-Identify and discover customer needs and create appropriate solutions utilizing the entire MTM cross functional team.
-Revenue attainment should support gross profit sales quota.
-Complete weekly and monthly forecasting and pipeline reporting.
-Coordinate MTM and Channel Partner resources and create a project management team...quarterback To close.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-4 year degree with 5+ years selling experience in the IT space. -Familiarity with Citrix, Microsoft, EMC, SUN, and Cisco is desirable.
-Ability to work independandtly and work from a home office as well as office location.
-Experience selling within the Managed Services sector is highly desirable.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-Solid understanding and successful history deploying a high activity based model.
-Excellent time management and multi tasking skill set.
-Experience with leveraging multiple Channel Partners as an extension of the MTM Team.
-Superior track record in previous sales positions in a multi product / service organization.
