Cisco Unified Communications Engineer who has extensive experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity. We provide lifecycle solutions to medium- to large-sized businesses for Unified Communications, IP-based contact centers, unified messaging, video solutions, and data solutions.
Design, assemble and implement IP communications components and provides associated services at client sites.
Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems.
Provides knowledge transfer to clients on implemented solutions.
Drafts deliverable documents including network drawings and device configuration that clients can use to operate implemented solutions.
Support sales team to recommend and close professional service engagements.
Candidate Must have hands on experience designing and implementing Call Manager 3.x, 4.x, & 5.x,6.x, 7.x and 8.x systems.
Candidate must have hands on experience with Cisco Unity Voice Mail systems and integration of these systems.
Candidates preferred to have experience with IPCC Express.
Candidate should have minimum of 4 years experience with the above systems.
Candidate must have strong knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching which would include knowledge of signaling protocols and gateway configurations
Hands on experience with ASA firewalls a plus.
CCVP or CCNP certification is preferred CCIE voice is a plus.
Have the ability to work in the United States without any time limit or sponsor requirements.
Candidate must be willing to travel nationally a minimum of 20% a year.
Solid understanding of Cisco hardware and software systems.
Hands on experience with routing protocols and lifecycle security models and standards.
Good communication skills.
Cisco Emergency Responder (experience with PSAP, PS-ALI ) preferred.
