Candidate must have prior consulting company background for at least 4-5 years in the similar role/capacity. . Candidate should be self motivated and have the drive to succeed in this market.
- Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, leveraging relationships, formulating and implementing his/her personal sales strategy - Generate IT Staffing sales leads and place IT professionals - Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives. - Develop relationships and grow them into clients. - Consistently provide innovative and creative selling solutions to potential customers (Fortune 500 and Start- ups) - Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of targeted opportunities on a continual basis - Manage assigned accounts by building strong relationships with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their requirements and long term goals, informing customers of new developments with the service and solutions, and resolution of problems. - Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new business
