Our Philadelphia based, Healthcare client has an immediate opportunity for an extremely organized consultant specializing in coordinating all functions for several project teams. .
The ideal candidate is a senior level Project Coordinator, or a Mid-Level Project Manager who has plenty of coordination activity experience.
responsibilites include;
* helping to manage the project plan,
* collecting, formalizing and redistributing data,
* liaising with the business and development teams,
* tracking milestones and deliverables,
* Ensuring that tasks are being completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
* MUST have experience in maintaining large project plans in MS Project
* MUST have experience coordinating, scheduling and maintaining communication for large project teams.
