TrueBridge Resources is searching for a Senior IT PM to work in downtown Atlanta, GA.  This is a Senior IT Project Manager role in the HR domain. The selected candidate will have responsibility to deliver solutions for the global People Function. Proven experience in successfully deploying large HR projects in a Fortune 100 company with global reach and organizational complexity is required.

This role requires a deep knowledge of HR technology across a broad spectrum of HR business processes including workforce administration, compensation and benefits, payroll, time and attendance, talent management, performance management, learning & development, analytics and reporting and self-service. 

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION

• Takes projects from original concept through to final implementation, championing the development of strong project plans while leading cross-functional multi-disciplined resources through the execution of the plans to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations (on time, on budget and quality of scope)
• PMP certification and experience with structured project management discipline is required.
• Specific experience with SAP HR, PeopleFluent and Salesforce.com Service Cloud is preferred.
• This role requires excellence in strategic and tactical planning and execution.
• Ability to interpret corporate strategies and translate them into practical project plans
• Proven ability to manage large complex, cross functional, cross regional enterprise projects
• Accountable for the planning and successful delivery of complex cross-functional projects with significant risk and business impact
• Applies advanced project management techniques and skills combined with significant experience in a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution
• Interfaces with project stakeholders and executive sponsors, applying exceptional leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts
• Mentoring of less experienced Project Managers
