Global pioneer of trading and market research systems is seeking innovative Java Developers to become key contributors to new projects currently in R&D phase. This is the opportunity to join a dedicated unit in the analysis, design, and development of Enterprise products that will impact the company’s bottom line and be seen at the highest level within the organization.

The group is working on widely distributed and robust systems, which directly manage the firm’s technological resources.

Candidates that excel in this group have:

• 3 - 7 years of Core Java experience
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience building large scale multi-threaded applications in a J2EE, Linux/Unix environment
• Advanced knowledge of data structures, complex algorithms, multithreading,  and object-oriented design
• Experience with scripting a plus (Shell/ Perl / Python/Javascript)
• Experience developing various Web Services and understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP and Network programming
