Seeking a technician for a 1yr contract to perform HP server & storage device support service as needed. The site has 40 HP Proliant devices made up of DL360’s, DL380’s & DL385’s coved under service. This contract requires that the technician be available by phone 24/7 365 days a year and able to be onsite within 4hrs of being notified of an issue at this location. The site averages about 2 visits per year.
* Experience & knowledge with HP server related hardware (HP Proliants and storage related hardware)
* Tech must have a cell phone that's turned on 24x7 365 days a year and must respond to calls at any time
* Estimated Ticket Volume – 2 Tickets Per Year
* Pay when dispatched= $100/hr
* Pricing is labor only. Parts and materials are billed at cost if required
* Same business day cancellations by the client due to (Site Not Ready) or other factors outside the control of the technician
or our company will be billed at the agreed upon 1st hour rate.
* Cell phone
* Network/Cabling toolkit with the ability to provide or make misc network cables if required
