Strong technical aptitude with solid troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems is required
Experience in supporting both Mac/PC users
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Technical certifications are preferred
Experience in network modeling and diagnostic systems
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
5 years of IT related background required
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests related to computer systems, software and hardware
Documentation of procedures and support issues
Provide high level of customer service and follow through to end users to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner
Responsible for imaging work stations for users, install required software and complete data migrations as needed.
Provide remote, phone, or email support as needed for remote users
