Desktops (Dell/HP) & Laptops (Lenovo) run Windows7/Windows XP (SP3), Microsoft Office 2007(SP2)
Responsibilities includes installing operating system, updating security patches on Windows operating systems
Configuring/installing anti-virus software (trend Micro)
Adding/removing Voicemail accounts in Active directory
Creating/removing VOIP accounts in Cisco Call Manager
Creating/removing voicemail accounts in unity voicemail systems
Adding/removing users on Blackberry BES server, to include setting up/activating all models for Blackberry phones (AT& T/Verizon)
Installing/troubleshooting Citrix Clients and VDI/VMware clients.
Troubleshooting all aspects of Microsoft office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and local database design in Microsoft Access
