Working as the Senior Developer for a very innovative firm that specializes in CRM solutions.  This firm is founded by former employees of Salesforce.com, that were at the firm in the beginning to what it is today, and now feel they can provide a more intimate and higher quality of customer service to their customers.  Our client is a rapid growing business that keeps landing future several deals with a strong pipeline of projects over the upcoming years.  This is great opportunity to get in at the ground floor of something exciting with a pipeline of several secured projects.  We are one of 2 staffing firms asked to take on the responsibility of building out their core technology team.

As a Developer you will need to utilize your skills in Object Oriented software development, including, but not limited to, CRM technologies with most of the focus on Salesforce technologies such as Visualforce and Apex.  Other candidates that have different CRM product experience is also encouraged to apply as the provide solutions for SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics, RightNow, Siebel, Oracle CRM on Demand, and SAP-CRM

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new applications, and/or enhancements to existing applications using several different programming technologies of choice such as core Java, JEE, JavaScript, AJAX/JSON, PHP, Adobe Flex / ActionScript3, Ruby, etc..
• Integrate Salesforce.com with other vendor or client home grown applications.
• Assist in creation of technical design and functional specifications.
• Provide effort estimates for assigned modules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in addressing the issues.
• Support application code deployment from Test to Production environment.
• Work in a team environment blended with onshore and offshore developers.
• Work closely with the client team for knowledge transfer and education.

Knowledge & Experience

• Salesforce/Force.com custom development using Visualforce and Apex
• Broader programming technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, SOAP, AJAX, Javascript (including modern Javascript libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, PHP, .NET, SQL
• Knowledge of different database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly

Qualifications

• 5 years direct experience in Object Oriented software development and/or programming design and systems management using any of the following technologies:  Java / JEE / JSP, Adobe Flex / ActionScript3, PHP, .NET, Ruby, AJAX/JSON, JavaScript UI toolkits
• 2 years of force.com development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Certification a plus.
