Architect – Citrix XenApp

In this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing complex projects within the Virtual Desktop environment with a main competency within the CITRIX XenApp technology and will call upon experience with XenApp in a large enterprise environment as well as GPO deployment, AD integration, and all facets of Citrix product deployments, implementation, and maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engineer the next generation Citrix XenApp environment within a large Enterprise
• Provide XenApp Design, implement and optimize technology or process solutions
• Provides technical leadership for design and engineering engagements for all aspects associated with Citrix technologies
• Participate in the delivery of the technical architectural design, strategies and  plans
• Interface with customers, technology and business contacts

Qualifications

• Designed and implemented XenApp 5.0 to 6.5 migration
• Experience supporting a large-scale, multi-platform enterprise environment delivered via Citrix
• Understands App-V deployment via Citrix
• Competent with Persona Management Solutions (RES or AppSense)
• Excellent communication skills using all forms of communications: written, verbal,  social tools
• Solid teamwork, interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and ability to communicate with customers, associates, and senior executives
