Prospance is looking for a dedicated and motivated Senior Account Executive. You will be the torch-bearer of an organization that has a strong presence in most industry verticals.

Develop IT and business contacts for selling Prospance’s products and services.
Identify opportunities and lead the sales process.
Ensure forecasting accuracy and transparency in customer and opportunity pursuit.
Understanding client’s buying process for all forecasted deals.
Lead all prospecting and sales-related activities within an assigned territory of prospective enterprise accounts to grow net new revenue and new bookings.
Effectively qualify opportunities (in or out) to ensure greatest return on time and resource investment across territory (financial state/budget, propensity to outsource, etc.).
Create a methodical territory plan to achieve maximum profitability.
Manage the CRM tool and provide weekly feedback on prospects and opportunities.
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience of 5 years or more in selling IT products/consulting/staffing services to enterprise and mid-market customers across the designated markets.
- Strong to intermediate exposure to the Information Technology industry and should be well versed in trending IT topics.
- Exceptional communication skills, professional image, upbeat personality and a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable with prospecting and consistent mining for client contacts.
