Tranzeal is currently looking for IT Consulting Sales - Business Development Managers for our California, Dallas and Chicago Locations.
An Ideal Candidate in this role must have extensive experience....
* Managing and Penetrating existing accounts
* Creating new business opportunities and increase sales revenues
* Qualifying new accounts to expand client base
* Developing sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration
* Assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts
* At least 5 years IT Sales / Staffing experience is a MUST
* Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Demonstrated knowledge of developing sales pipeline
* Must have solid sales experience
* Prior account management experience in the Staffing industry required
* Solid history of developing new client relationships and generating IT business requirements through research, cold calling and leveraging existing relationships.
* Consistent performer meeting monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
* Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
* Ability to communicate with Client at all levels from Managers, Directors to C-levels
* Excellent organizational skills and follow through
* Be able to develop lead strategies and create/manage marketing plans for new clients
* Strong work ethics
* Have a very high drive and an urgency to close business
