We are looking for a Software Development Project Manager for one of our clients, who has preferably hands on experience leading teams and developing software in an Agile or Agile/Scrum Environment.

You will be leading teams of developers, BA’s and QA Analysts in full life cycle development and enhancement projects and performing associated project management duties such as creating project plans, project/budget tracking, resource allocation, setting priorities and meeting timelines, plus much more, read on…..

Communication skills, both within the team and with business stakeholders, is absolutely critical along with the ability to not only manage projects but to do analysis, help create user stories, facilitate code reviews, work with stakeholders to manage expectations or do whatever is required to successfully complete the deliverable and/or assigned project.

Only project managers with software development experience will be considered for this role who have done or have business analysis experience (this is not a project coordinator role). The ideal candidate for this role is high energy with a “can do” approach to problem solving who has the ability to facilitate, in an AGILE development environment, an open communication/solution centric culture that team members will thrive in. Our client’s environment is highly collaborative, so leadership and teamwork skills are critical for success in this engagement and must be demonstrated in the interview process.

We would prefer candidates that have experience in the areas of data warehousing and/or database/data analysis, but if your experience is web development, financial applications or CRM and you have everything else we are looking for, that is fine.

A college degree is required. AGILE Certification or SCRUM Master is highly desired.
