ShiftPoint USA Inc. is seeking quality IT professionals to assist with our Client's Microsoft enterprise- wide migration project involving MS Windows 7 and MS Office 2010. 

 

Help Desk / Desktop Support:

We are seeking experienced MS Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 Help Desk & Desktop Support, with knowledge and experience of MS Windows 7 upgrade projects and User State Migrations. Preferred knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange desired. The right individual will be familiar with the design and implementation of enterprise MS Windows 7 implementations, use of group policies and client application installation. This position requires proven experience of performing client end migrations and/or supporting such migrations either via on-site support or as part of a support desk.

Required Skills

3+ years help desk/desktop support experience

Detailed knowledge of MS Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 (Outlook essential)

Experience of MS Windows 2008 and Active Directory

Experience of MS Exchange 2010

Experience of User & Exchange Migration processes

Knowledge of USMT and SCCM

Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and their integration with Active Directory

Must have solid written and verbal communication skills and motivated with a can do attitude

This position requires working flexible shifts and schedules
