First point of contact to support a designated business group with responsibility for one or more of the following: root cause analysis, change management, incident management (coaching, docum, QA, training/cert., oversight of incident ops, governance, tools, process, crisis mgmt), problem management, service improvement, internal/external customer file transmission design, discovery/gathering/documenting of business needs and requirements, business communication.
Role should include as its primary duty either:
(a) the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
(b) Design work (Design means a tailored design in order to meet a specific client request) or
(c) Programming (Programming means writing original programs using computer code that is intended for use on a wide scale basis.)
Additional Skills: Minimum 5-10 years Project Management and/or Technical Leadership experience.
Proven ability to produce results and manage strategic/operational projects. Ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong oral and written communication and project management skills required.
Excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
Formal Project management training and PMP Certification a plus.
Background in the technology environments is required.
Background in banking operations helpful.
Background in leading technology aspects of Real Estate projects is essential. THIS IS A MUST.
Substantial IT Project Management experience, or relevant business or team leadership.
Strong knowledge of all systems used by the PM community to fund, manage and engage resources for the execution of the project. (WRM, B2P, Business Case Tool, Clarity, Datamart, Beeline, SPARC, PRIME
Coordinate, facilitate and provide detailed meeting minutes of meetings with the CREGS team and the technology teams.
Identify, coordinate, schedule and manage the technology moves.
Gather technology requirements from the Line of Business (LOB). Ensure they are clearly defined, meet bank standards and are documented and communicated to the GTI team
Gather financial requirements and submit project estimates. Develop Business Case to Project (B2P) using financial requirements and submit to Finance.
Coordinate with Global Network Services (GNS) on the development of network, wireless, cellular, voice, and structured cable designs according to standards. Validate with GRE PM.
Gather technology requirements from Global Desktop Services (GDS), Conference Center and Global Multi Media Support Services (GMSS).
Gather and document technology EPS and UPS requirements and submit them in writing to the Critical Systems Team and GRE PM.
Generate scope document and technology project plan based on requirements from LOB, GRE and technology teams. Provide a weekly update of project plan.
