WorldNow’s Professional Services Team is looking for a Technical Project Manager to structure and oversee Professional Services project management, processes, and support the rapid growth of our company all within a defined methodology.


Overview of Responsibilities:


  • Drive project management strategy and standards across company

  • Coordinate cross functional initiatives, proactively identifying dependencies and driving issues to resolution

  • Set and manage project management procedures, metrics and tools

  • Responsible for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects against schedule scope and quality plans

  • Interface with Product Managers, QA, Development, and Technical Operations teams to assist planning and insure high customer satisfaction

  • Provide scheduling support of project resources

  • Participate in setting strategy and goals, translating the goals into day-to-day activities and focuses for the Technical Operations

  • Prepare and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects

  • Coach and mentor staff members across our company

  • Development and maintenance of technical documentation for product functionality and requirements

  • Communication of release details within project team and to outside resources




  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, including a minimum of 3 years successful management of complex projects, is required

  • Experienced with Agile Software development and Project management

  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience presenting and communicating to Sr. level management (i.e., Director level and above)

  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment

  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus

  • Candidate must have the ability to fit into a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent analytical and organizational skills
