As part of the team your experience and responsibilities include the following:
* Racking servers
* Running network cables
* Removing hardware from servers
* Decomms of servers, packing and preparing them for shipment
* Supporting and maintaining in a Data Center Environment.
* Troubleshooting/resolving Server issues a plus.
* Basic understanding of escalation procedures.
* Rack & Stack Data Center equipment.
* Maintenance of Data Center cabinet dressing.
* Excellent communications skills
