We are in search of a talented Technical Support Engineer to help continue our outstanding growth.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will work with customers to resolve technical issues and provide “how to” training sessions regarding our proprietary software.

Don't know how the Varonis products work? Not to worry, you will be put through our second-to-none training, and will develop strong expertise so you are able to best assist your customers and continue providing outstanding customer support that Varonis is known for.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience as System Administrator/Technical Support Representative or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Basic knowledge in two or more of the following areas:
  • Microsoft environments (AD, Exchange, Windows servers, etc)
  • Networking (TCP / IP, routing, firewalls)
  • Databases (MSSQL preferred)
  • Web servers and applications
  • Storage devices (NetApp, EMC)
  • Excellent  interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • “Please the customer” mentality
  • Sense of Humor
