We are looking for Professional Services Senior Consultants to work with our clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, train administrators and end-user personnel on how to navigate and best leverage the solution, and ensure successful engagements and project deployments through disciplined project management.

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage client engagements and the overall relationship to ensure customer success and drive follow on business
* Provide sales support for acquiring new customers as well as drive scoping activities and SOW development for existing clients
* Lead , mentor and teach consultants best practices for implementing Salesforce as well as executing Clear Task*s implementation methodology
* Provide customers best practices and present additional opportunities to further leverage Salesforce and the Force.com platform
* Create business requirements documentation with process flow diagrams and use case definitions
* Execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definition in context of Salesforce application 
* Setup, configure and optimize the Salesforce solution remotely and at client locations
* Execute testing and validation that the Salesforce configuration meets the business requirements and solution design
* Provide training and knowledge transfer to client through configuration walkthroughs, desk-side coaching and review of project hand-off documentation
* Assist and support client user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and execute go-live deployment
* Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery through disciplined project management that consistently reviews and monitors the project plan, issues, budget and status
* Provide design and discovery assistance to consultants on projects as needed

Qualifications: 
Required:
* Five+ years relevant work experience
* Three+ years professional services or technical consulting experience
* Two+ years Salesforce configuration experience 
* Implementation expertise configuring and deploying SaaS based applications
* Client facing and project management experience
* Outstanding writing, presentation, communication and organization skills
* College degree
Preferred:
* One or more salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, CON-201, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) 
* Customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g. Salesforce, Siebel, Eloqua, Marketo) as well as integration tools (Pervasive, Informatica, Boomi) 
* Industry expertise in high tech, financial services, health care and ecommerce
