We are looking for Senior Salesforce Developers to work with our clients to design and implement custom salesforce.com applications.


Job Responsibilities:
* Provide sales support for acquiring new customers as well as drive scoping activities and SOW development for existing clients
* Lead , mentor and teach developers best practices for customizing Salesforce as well as executing Clear Task*s development methodology
* Expert in solution design and system architecture
* Lead client projects and internal development team
* Manage the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment
* Use Apex and VisualForce to create unique customer-based solutions
* Develop products on the Force.com platform
* Interact directly with our customers and the Clear Task team, including consultants, architects and sales to ensure customer success
* Be willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Qualifications:
Required
* Five+ years of development experience with Java, .Net, JSP/ASP
* Two+ years Salesforce development experience
* Lead customer driven solutions with strong technical design skills
* Manage multiple concurrent projects and team members
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* BA in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
* One or more salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, DEV-401, DEV-501)
* Customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, Eloqua, Marketo) as well as integration tools (Pervasive, Informatica, Boomi)
