Region’s Top MSP is Hiring
We are hiring a Windows Help Desk Technician for our Fort Worth office. Since our start in 2008, Consuro has grown at an exponential rate.  We need additional technical support on the team to manage current and upcoming major initiatives. Before we dive into the nitty gritty details, we want to paint you a picture of a day in the life of a technician at Consuro.

  • Wake up in beautiful Fort Worth, drink your cup of coffee and head over to the 20,000 square foot datacenter. Ah, it’s so nice to have all of these resources at your disposal.
  • You wave good morning to the full staff of technical support guys (and girls), the marketing team and the sales team as you boot up at your state-of-the-art work station. They smile back, some high-five. One walks over and asks you how your weekend was and you chat for a bit.
  • You login and are ready to start your day. You finish up a few projects and see what new ones lie ahead. You have a quick conference call with the San Antonio and San Angelo teams. It’s going to be cool when we add a Houston office this year.
  • You spend the day working on clients in all verticals from top investment firms to world-renowned entertainment venues. It feels good to be you, surrounded by smart people and smart clients.
  • Sometimes there are fires, some days are stressful, but never a dull moment. And you are constantly challenged. You feel like you learn something new every day.
  • Before you know it you look back and wonder how fast the past 6 years went. Time flies when you are having fun.
  • You are at the top of your game and up-to-speed on all the latest technology and certifications. You could do anything, go anywhere. But you don’t want to. You are just fine right where you are.

Sound nice? We thought so. This is your chance to work for one of the region’s premier and fastest growing MSPs and ensure that this is a day in the life of you. Interested in joining the team? Here’s a little about the position and what we are looking for.

POSITION
At Consuro, we don’t just hire any IT guy or girl who thinks they “know” technology just because they built a computer once. We are little more exclusive than that, but we have to be if we want to continue on the same growth path. We hire smart people to work with smart clients. Not sure if you are the right fit? Look over these qualities and see if they apply to you before hitting the send button.

  • highly-motivated
  • trustworthy
  • dependable
  • intelligent
  • customer-service oriented
  • ready to advance in your career
  • ready to be a part of a true team

Sound like you? Good.

EXPECTATIONS
You will be a key technical resource within the Consuro organization. You will be expected to balance technical project assignments and specialization development through certifications.
