This is a Service Provide test and validation role, the engineer will work on developing test plans from requirements, configuring the lab devices and testing per the test plan, troubleshooting issues and reporting on the results. The role will be primarily responsible for ASR9k solution validation in coordination with Nexus7k, ASR5k in the lab.

Experience: 4 + years of Cisco products experience, preference Service Provider Products (7600, GSR, ASR9k, ASR1k, CRS, Nexus7k, Nexus 5k)

Platforms: 1-2 years of ASR9k experience (Alternate Platforms GSR XR, CRS)

Technology: Experience in MPLS networks. Good understanding of Layer 3 protocols.

                          Strong knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, BGP protocols is a must

                          Experience in Mobile Data Center is a plus, exposure to 3G, 4G, IPRAN solutions is a plus

Testing Background: Experience in test methodologies or experience in validation of MOPs or validation of solution network is preferable (Alternate experience, experience supporting customers on their network)

Test Tools: Spirent or Ixia knowledge

Certifications: Cisco Certifications such as CCIE, CCIP is preferable
