Qualifications

• 5-10 years of commercial experience in developing recommendation systems, predictive analytics algorithms, data mining, Information retrieval, and building machine learning systems to solve large scale customer problems.
• Experience in analyzing web scale transaction data.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Superb analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Start up experience preferred.
• PhD in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
