We are recruiting for a private well funded Big Data software company that has some excellent buzz, financing and most importantly traction with customers.  This is a 15 person company that is growing fast.  They are ready to hire a Senior QA Engineer. 
This is for candidates local to the SF Bay Area/Silicon Valley.
 These candidates will be considered first:
- have previous startup experience
-you are fine with QA settings without a lot of structure and processes and even seek out to improve these teams
-you know QA automation and testing Java or Javascript products
-you have professional experience with Big Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Integration or similar 
-used to working closely with developers to solve problems
-know some scripting like either Perl, Python, Shell or similar
-have experience with Selenium, Junit or similar tools 
-someone that has the drive and desire to lead and eventually become a QA Manager
