Top NYC organization has multiple opportunities for junior level support analysts for all new roles. Company seeks 1-2 years of experience with a background in in application support and the ability to provide 1st, 2nd and/ or 3rd level support to business users and clients. Diverse duties include identify, analyze and resolve technical issues concerning proprietary and hosted software applications, document issues, update processes etc. Solid understanding of MS Office applications, basic UNIX, Windows needed. Excellent communication skills required. High visibility position offers great career advancement. $45k to $65k commensurate with experience.
