A growing hedge-fund with offices inNew Yorkseeks a Database SQL programmer/analyst to join a small technology team in regards to database and web development in support of hedge fund trading. Candidate should have at least 5 - 7 years database and web development experience and be proficient in table design principles, entity-relationship data analysis and web-based delivery technology: Javascript, CSS, HTML, jQuery and JSON, Perl for example. Any fixed-income or hedge-fund experience is a plus but this role can provide a strong technologist with the ability to learn about hedge fund trading. A degree in computer science is recommended.
