Job Duties: 
Create a working automation/semi-automation test bench that works with vendor debug cards and Si and validates HW setup and components via code to check register settings and mimic SW environments in the absence of complete SW stacks . Write scripts that are adaptable to HW and FW changes and integrate SW & FW reference drivers for early integration testing. Create proof of concept or reference code for customer HW or custom features. 

Required Skills: 
SW/FW Engineer (low level): should possess a BS with 5+ years of SW and /or FW based experience or equivalent. Programming/scripting capability. Ability to extract a test definition/case from a description or a component requirement. HW to FW interaction experience (coding and debugging), BIOS experience, cell phone experience. 

Preferred Skills: 
Ability to read and understand component datasheets especially register addresses/settings/behavior. Familiarity with Python, Labview, Android, RTL coding (Verilog/VHDL). Understanding of cell phone architecture and design constraints, ability to successfully complete projects, experience in id-ing, isolating and debugging issues, ability to work with a team especially good communication skills (written and oral).
